Lovely straw yellow hues are laced with beautiful golden and greenish reflections.  The sweet bouquet is rich and decadent, elegantly perfumed with hints of nutmeg and toasted almonds.  This chardonnay has subtle hints of mild acidity, while retaining its velvety soft harmony.

Mr. Cub launched 512 homeruns in the friendly confines of Chicago.  To spread his warmth to others, Ernie Banks built the Live Above and Beyond Foundation to eliminate prejudice, support programs that enhance neighborhoods and relieve discrimination among various age groups and races.  They provide educational scholarships, donate sports equipment and more.

The color of this wine is intense-deep ruby purple. Aromas of ripe plums, smoky berry fruits and spice. Juicy red currant flavors on the entry, followed with rich, red cherry, black cherry and blackberry flavors extending to the mid-palate. A long finish with spicy oak and velvety fruit. Soft, lush and colorful!

Proceeds from the sale of Mark Buehrle's "Buehrlot" supports the Hope Rescues Animal Shelter in Alton, Illinois.  The organization rescues animals on their last day of life from animal control facilities that continue to use the gas chamber.
